This is the boring but important bit. Everything we do and say is backed up by insurances…

While every care and precaution is taken by our staff during a removal, there’s always a tiny chance that something might go wrong.

It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Whats covered:

Limited liability cover is included in your rate for removals or storage as standard.
£250 excess which is deductable from all claims
Subject to a declaration of the value of your entire consignment, we can accept Standard Liability up to a value of £250,000, fees for which are on a sliding scale.
For example, up to £25,000 is charged at £100 plus VAT, up to £50,000 at £200 plus VAT, going up in increments of £25,000 to £250,000 which is charged at £1,000 plus VAT. (please see our full T’s and C’s for further details)
As part of our insurance arrangements, we also have a limit of indemnity of £1,000,000 under our Public Liability cover.
